hi,
i want a new motherboard from dell..i am stil in waranty..but what should i tell the tech support guy..though this motherboard is working fine..but i think if i install a new one it will work better.....

If you DO persuade them to ship a new board it will be IDENTICAL to the one you have, so will make no difference.

More likely you need to clean PC of spyware and other crap

I'd reccomend these 2, run each in turn
ADAWARE fro www.lavasoftusa.com (Free personal version)
also SPYBOT S&D from www.spybot.org (Again free for home use)


Also worth having in toolbox is CCLEANER from www.ccleaner.com again a free download, and a good general windows tidyup utility.

Chances are if your current board is working fine, they will not send you a new one. check ebay, or a local store to find a new one, but be prepared to shell out about one hundred to three hundred dollars.
