Well its definitely the car, but there are some odd estimates of power here.

My old Renault Clio (a small car) was rated in its technical specification in kW and not horsepower at 35 kW. Of course, most of the time it would be producing significantly less than this.

A very small car may have a rating of 100 horsepower, which is equivalent to about 75 kilowatts.

Electric cookers typically have powers of about 1 to 2 kilowatts.

I don't know why I am wasting my time with this but , a small car is rated at 7.5kW and a big cooker is about 1.5kw.

or gas cooker

car would have to be very small or the oven very large
