download firefox browser from "www.download.com"
and open you tube website in fire fox browser...it will work properly..But if it(you tube) asks for flash player... there would be a link on the page..your computer won't block flash player to download...so you can download it ...Good Luck ;-)

format your computer so the I.E. is off. if that dosen't work then try and dowload a different flashplayer(adobe,java,shockwave). if also that dosen't work then check the blocks on your computer because someone might of blocked it or the software came blocked

if you live at home with your parents or with someone chances are that they have probably put a block on it. ask them if they have put a block on it or fiddle about with the computer to find out what they have done to block it either on your account or theirs.
or it could be your firewall that's blocking it.
