the first thing i think of is there is either a really big plant the weighs alot crossing the road or this is a crossing for plants but only if your a heavy weighing plant haha.

I think of JCBs. I actually saw that sign earlier today when I was out walking, they are building new council houses near where I live and there are a lot those about.

If you were a transportation relocation specialist this sign would make more sense. Lots of heavy truck traffic.

lol never seen it. i live in NYC. Plants and animals are pretty much non existant here.
