Where man is the world has been spoiled, when you settle down and build a city you have spoiled the ground. Soon you will see the air being changed. One of the answer was New Zealand, we have burned off a lot of the island. Man wants to change the environment to be what he wants. I do know of any place on our planet that is not spoiled.

One might think that the country least spoiled by mankind is the one with the fewest people. Vatican City, with under 1000 inhabitants, is the least populous country.
Further comment is withheld.

Why is this question in the philosophy section?
Literally I'd have to say any country with rampant disease, lack of food, overwhelming poverty and no health care. Hmm, sounds like that's quickly becoming America. But for now I'll say that many African countries have these problems, can't pick just one.
UPDATE:
Oh wait, I read your question wrong. You mean what country is less damaged or corrupted by mankind... Well in that case I'd have to say some place that has a low population... I'm not sure if Antarctica is a country, it's probably owned by some country no doubt. So I'd Antarctica.

Why do you assume mankind "spoils" places?
As P.J. O'Rourke said..."If living in the outdoors is so great, why don't the homeless people seem to enjoy it more?"
Sure mountains and valley's look pretty when you are on your Saturday afternoon nature tour, when you are wearing your high tech jacket and your $300 hiking boots and have a campsite or hotel to go back to.
But if you try actually LIVING out there in the boonies... NOT just camping with waterproof matches, nylon tents, fiberfill sleeping bags and self heating pouches of fettucini alfredo but SURVIVING without supermarkets, air conditioning, anti-biotics, high tech fabrics and bug repellant... off what you can find on the land... even in the bad weather... you will quickly discover that being "one with nature" is very uncomfortable at best, and fatal at worst.

Antartica is a weapon free-zone ... no military build up, and many areas that have never had a human footprint.
Some of the Pacific Islands are mainly only changed by natives (eg Vanuatu) although the Japanese used many as military bases in the 1940s
