Here's a cool trick I picked up at school. I'm pretty sure it works for numbers under 10 being multiplied with 9. So first, hold up all ten fingers. Then if your trying to find 4x9, you start from your left hand and count four fingers. Put your fourth finger down. The finger that's down is like a seperater and if you count how many fingers are on each side, you'll find it's 3 and 6. Pretty cool right? It works the same way for 2x9 or 5x9 just try it! unfortunately, you really have to memorize the multiplication tables up to 10. In other words, any two numbers that are ten or less, you have to memorize how they multiply or divide. There really isn't an easy way to "calculate" it unless you actually count, but that takes forever.
