at first i thought it was to suck since palumbo started out the night...do u like palumbo or do you think hes 4 years too late?? but smackdown turned out to be pretty good!

i like him i think he is a good wrestler
buh he is copying the takers bad a.s.s gimmick and i think there trying to make another undertaker
i also think there pushing him a bit too much

I thought it was a good show, about average for Smackdown though. I don't get your gripe with Palumbo, I'm quite fond of his work in the ring. He's a fairly talented and innovative big man wrestler, but he always gets the shaft when it comes to gimmicks (sometimes literally, remember Billy + Chucky?). He has been used correctly very rarely since the Natural Born Thrillers in WCW, the only time I remember WWE pushing him as a serious singles competitor was with Full Blooded Italians (WWE Version, For Those Not In The Know, It's Yet Another Gimmick/Angle They Stole From ECW Glory Days).
WWE missed the boat with a lot of fairly over WCW guys, like Big Vito, O'Haire, and Stamboli. I think Chuck's biggest problem is the same one Jimmy Yang constantly has; not finding the right gimmick. I think this biker thing could work out, but people need to just quit saying "he's copying Taker" because I have news for you, Taker pretty much ripped off One Man Gang with the biker gimmick. It's not like it's a gimmick Taker did well either, or even one that made sense for that matter. Give Chucky P a chance, he might impress you.

Yeah Chuck seemed quite laid back until lately, but I have to admit that yesterday he really gave the fans a full thruttle for their money. His feud with Masters started like a dusty engine that had not been used since approximately 4 years, but hopefully Masters and Palumbo will exit the garage leagues and roll on the highway soon.

I've always thought Palumbo was good enough to amke it but he got shafted with that infamous gay Wedding
Smackdown was the better than it ahs been in a while.
