See website below. Fill in the nationality box, alien resident box, and destination box, then click for info. It will tell you if you need a visa. I entered your info and it says yes, you need a visa...but do it for yourself too.

What you need is a tourist card. Technically this is a type of visa - but it is a simple form that you fill in yourself.
