I asked a question in Spanish because it is the only way that It can be asked!!!!!!!! and I got an e mail that my topic was deleted. So speaking Spanish is a violation? Why? I am pissed off.!

because you probably asked it in one of the English speaking sections such as the default English US one.
Yes if you ask a question in an English speaking area in any thing other then English it will be deleted. If you ask a question in a Spanish section in any thing other then Spanish it will be deleted, or if you ask a question in the Japanese section in any thing other then Japanese it will be deleted.
At the bottom of the page there are flags if you want to ask a question in Spanish click on the flag of a Spanish speaking country and ask it there. There is even an en Español United states flag. So if you want to ask a question in Spanish to people in the United stats do it there.

This is covered in the Community Guidelines. You must ask your questions in the language that the settings are in. You can ask your question in Spanish if you click on the Spanish flag at the bottom of each page.

Perhaps someone who didnt understand Spanish assumed that you had inserted something vulgar into your post, but wasnt sure, so they deleted it just to be safe.
