Before any humans ever launched into space they sent up chimps in space capsules, now here is where my theory begins, when the chimps passed through the Van Allen radiation belt on there way into orbit, they mutated and developed human like intelligence and scavenged parts from orbit, satelites provided the parts needed for them to go to the moon and set up a colony, when the Apollo missions went to the moon thats when they discovered the chimp colony on the moon and never went back.

Chimps, mutated or otherwise, need air, food and water. The moon has none of these. Therefore, I guarantee that there are no chimps on the moon.
Nasa hasn't been back to the moon, because they never went to the moon in the first place. It was the hoax of the century.

because radiation could make a complex organism like a monkey able to live without oxygen, theres no oxygen on the moon. theres no water or food up there. u think a massive colony of anything could exist for 40 years with no food or water or air? your an idiot.
