A run is completed if both the batsmen (Striker and Non-striker0 crosses the ends and touches the crease with his bat inside the crease and if the the bail is put down by wicket-keeper of a fielder with the balls, the batsman who has not reached the crease will be run-out. However, running is not required if the ball crosses the boundary.
