It goes like this. Or I think it does. (Its long time ago since I saw this)
There were 4-5 children? They were on an island and found out that this monster, or a demented human with mental illness, was chained inside a cage. They were afriad of him but felt sorry for him and helped him escape. The master who kept him, treated him badly before. So the "thing", after being released, got strong powers and kill the master. The blah blah happy ending. Whats the movies name?
PS: I think one that one scene the children were sliding down this tunnel with water.

I think it`s the GOONIES!!Good movie.I have it in my PSP.It was directed by Steven Speilberg.But you`ve got one mistake
