Just went to a sleep specialist with my mom. Her doc said the oxygen levels should be at least 90. Mom's only dipped below 90 once during her sleep studies, and she was put on a CPAP machine. You are only slightly below normal.

You've apparently had sleep studies done, too, if you know what your oxygen levels are during sleep. You will most likely be recommended to use a CPAP machine at night.

at the very least you will need a cpap machine if you dont already have one. they may just give you oxygen at night.
