You don't say where you are, but from your syntax I infer that you are not in the U.S. so referring you to a store here won't help.
However, you should remove the Shower unit and take it to a hardware store, perhaps a large chain such as (here) Home Depot or Lowes. They may be able to help you replace the hose. It may be easier, and likely about the same cost, to just replace the entire unit.

Even if you can get the hose replaced, make sure that the new hose has the same inner bore (dimension) as this can affect the flow rate of the hot water leaving the unit and result in further problems or failures in the future.
Good luck!
Phone number from their website is attached - the shower no longer is documented on the Triton website.

You can get a new shower hose at any diy chain, but if you have snapped of the fitting between the hose and the shower, then you will have to go to a spare parts suppler, should still be available for a price.. but if your having trouble getting the case off , then you will find changing the fitting elbow more tricky.
Note, cover up the shower waste, so you don't loose screws etc down it.

If it was a silver coloured flexi-hose then yes you should be able to get one from a local DIY store. They should be about a fiver. It might be worth taking what you have left of the old one to the DIY store to match up although they are pretty standard. You might want to get some thin rubber washers for each end of it. There's nothing so sure as you'll put it on and it'll leak! Check whether what you are buying has washers with it though. I bought one and found that it only had one in one end and it ended up needing two in each end.

dont worry about it!
im sure there is a way of replacing the hose and attaching it back on!
look at where the hose is connected to the shower unit, it should screw off (remember, lefty loosy, righty tighty!), once you done that, go look for any leaflet or info that you got with the shower, it should tell you were to gt spare parts!
if you cant find nay of that info its no worry, pop down to your local hardware shop and bring the connection with you, along with any info about the shower (brand, model etc) and they will hopefully stock spare parts!
if you don't have any luck there then go to a place like B&Q or whatever large DIY shop you have near you, the might have the part!
if you have no luck there then you would have to get the number of the manufacturer and call them for further advise!!
good luck!

Go to your local Hardware or building supply center, go into the plumbing section where the taps and shower heads are. You should be able to find a new hose to fit your exsisting unit. You may have to change the shoer head, but that's not expensive!

Take the part in your hand and go to a home improvement center nearest you and ask for help. They will tell you how to do it.
