I do and i dont know how to get over it..
If someone upsets me then they have to recognise that they upset me and show me that they wont do it again or at least understand why i am upset..
I think it is a weakness of mine..

Oh my gosh I am the same way! But sometimes it's better not to "forgive and forget" because sometimes people need to understand what they did and be sincere about it.
