I go "Woohoo!" and get up earlier than usual. :-) I will probably have a good mood most of the day too, even if I'm secretly worried my excitement is based on a misconception or will be derailed during the day.

I tell everyone why I am excited and usually I become in a really good mood..
unless you dont mean it that way..

I don't like that when I get too excited so I have some pills to take, Trazodone. If I don't want to take those I may take a couple benedryls......or just have a drink..LOL
A pint of Haagen Daas will do the trick also or even go for a drive or a walk.

talk talk and more talk that's what I do when I get excited I know it pissess people off but you've got to vent you can't keep it all bottled up otherwise you'll explode.
