first off, trust her/him....you have to have trust in any relationship, you have also got to keep the home fire a burning and be able to talk when you have a problem !! just because the world is filled with beautiful people and Rich's beyond our wildest dreams, remember the person you felled in love with, the person you gave your heart too... they should be there when all else disappears ... commitment, honesty, trust ,faith and love ....what else do you need ???

Trust them they way you want to be trusted until they give you a reason not to. personally if my husband ever has an affair, I hope I never find out! It would devistate me, and I don't think I could get over it. so he better be pretty slick
but if my husband all of a sudden started dressing up and going to hang out with his buddies, going to bars, or started having things to do all of the time then I would have reason to suspect it.
Unless you have good reason to suspect it, don't think about it...those thoughts are negative and will haunt you causing distrust towards your partner and they wont appreciate that too much.
remember when you go looking for trouble you are bound to find it...eventually! and you could be the cause if your distrust ultimately caused it.

If this were twenty years ago..i would tell u to be patient, watch for signs, and to not be suspicious. But this is 2007- and diseases have made cheating not only tacky but potentially deadly. If u have strong suspicions ...do what u have to do...hire a private investigator, call "Cheaters", check cell phones, house phones..check his or her car mileage before and after every trip out of the house. Cuz its ok to be heartbroken..its not ok to be infected

Trust is the foundation for all long term relationships. If it is not present the relationship is a waist of time.

i feel you on that. but we cant forget whats real, feelings are, beauty, money, fast life that may will be temptation for some, but its nothing compare to real love, true love. you shouldnt loose faith in that, if you can be loyal, why shouldnt there be someone else that is too?

You have to have trust and faith...if you don't have that you don't have a foundation to build a relationship on.

trust your relation, in case you think or smell something bad in relation then crosscheck. you can check mobile calls, mobile bill details, credit card purchases, call your spouse on office fixed line numbers, talk to his her friends also. see if his/her interests are changing. but do all only if your spouse is behaving in strange/suspicious manner.

You don't, you must trust who you believe in.
If you don't believe that they are faithful, you are not trusting your self and the commitment that you made.
It is on you.
