How can I remove it without destroying my files especially my downloaded files?

what a silly anti virus you have download avg or norton anti virus and then they would definetly heal your virus

If you are windows go to their download site and get their Maware removal tool. run it. The go to spybot search and destroy from safernetworking.

Go to system restore .....to a date that you know your comp was not infected and restore it.

try NOD 32..it is a better antivirus.....
