Sadly, too many, many years of getting up at dawn (first, while a child, when I had to get up to go to Swim Team Practices/School), then when on Active Duty with the US Military, then AFTER my Military Retirement (when this Long Term Single Parent HAD to wake up and get her two disabled children on the School Bus Early), and now .. even after Retirement (because I find I enjoy the rural life .. including caring for horses) ...
I am FREE (no children in the home! They are ALL Adults and living independently), but I STILL Get up EARLY ... it is just engrained into my body clock!

I also hate it when..like your really really tired and you try to fall asleep but you can't...if that made sense...X
