I asked the same question 2 days ago. I see it going both directions.
There is no correct way to see it. When right brained people see her facing toward them, left brained people see her facing away. With the silhouette, there is only the illusion of depth and a perception of the direction she is facing.
UPDATE:
If you want to see it going the opposite direction, try the following:
1) Focus on the legs... especially the one that that is extended. When you see the dancer spinning clockwise, her right leg is extended. When you see the dancer spinning counterclockwise, her left leg is extended.
2) If you see her going clockwise, her extended right leg approaches you from the right. To see her spinning counterclockwise, visualize the extended leg is her left leg, approaching from the left. It's easier to do it by looking at it indirectly and visualizing her spinning in another direction, particularly when her extended leg is in the 12 o'clock position. Where you normally see it coming toward you from the 12 o'clock position, imagine it is moving away from you instead.

Problem is I am not sure of which way is clockwise and which is anti but I saw her start at the right and finish at the left, so I think it is anti.
Edit I am going to show this to my partner Steve I think he should see it spin clockwise because he is left handed and therefore I think he is right brained. I am very daft, my boyfriend does understand anti-clockwise and clockwise, he sees it going counter-clockwise.

I think I'm a bit odd I can see it clockwise and anti clockwise and I've gone into it twice just to make sure, though apparently a simpler solution to the link is, if your right handed you use the left side of your brains, if your left handed you use the right side of your brain, I must be ambidextrous.

I saw it as clockwise, but as I was reading the descriptions on the left hand side I noticed out of the corner of my eye that the figure was spinnng counter clockwise, but when I looked at it straight on again it was spinning clockwise again

She started off clockwise then reversed to anti clockwise. When I went in again, she was spinning anti clockwise and then reversed to clockwise.

First it looked anticlockwise, then clockwise. You need to reboot your brain, if you know what I mean.
But of course, it's doing neither. Because then the leg would appear smaller when it was at the back. It's a clever illusion. Thanks.

I see clockwise too! It feels impossible that anyone could see it spin the other way.
