i have had ingrown toenails many times and was currently going to a podiatrist for other foot problems so he was able to help me get rid of them.... but first of all,cut your toenails straight across...not rounded. second when you do have one, soaking it a few times a day will help it. pulling it out will most likely make it come back.if you soak it for a few days and it still doesnt get better, see your doctor. i finally ended up having to have mine removed AND he injected a chemical to kill the root so it won't grow back. i hope this helps

multiple human beings have surgical technique, yet all of them say after the excruitiating soreness, they come back and to not point out the could not walk for a week... My mom constantly soaked my ft till the toenail have been given delicate and then we'd get the razor blade and decrease them out. Mine are my toddler ft.

Go to a podiatrist who knows what to do. You could cause yourself a lot of pain and infection.
