I have a co-worker that is a friend as well, and everytime I disagree with her she either starts crying, or gets angry. If I tell her about her personallity flaws when asked she takes everyting personally.

I would consider this woman only a friend in acquaintance and not a trustworthy cohort. She needs to learn how to be objective instead of THE object. Keep your distance from this person when you are in need of attention, for she will surely try to divert the spotlight.

I will talk to her and If she doesn't accept any advice. Because we are people we don't expect from the others to agree with as all the time If you can not express your own opinion then she is not a real friend and you have to tell her that's enough and that she make you feel awful with all that...

maybe u should sit down and have a heart-to-heart, explain that friends don't necessarily always agree, in fact disagreements are a sign of a healthy relationship. tell her it's better to hear difficult things from you rather than from someone else. if she still doesnt understand this, well, maybe just let her tackle these issues on her own for a while.

I wouldn't bother talking to her, and then when she asks why your not talking to her, tell her. Tell her your just giving her your "OPINION" and in no way does she have to listen to you. But if she wants your opinion she has to be open about it, and not take it personal.

tell her to grow up. tell her if she doesnt want your oppinion then she shouldnt ask for it.
