Never heard of Michael Praed, sorry. Richard Greene was the best for the TV series, which is what we got here in America. Cory Elwes was extremely funny in Men in Tights, but in my opinion the best to date was Errol Flynn. He had the accent, went throught the motions with the bow and arrow, his sword fighting was good. Although in real life Basil Rathbone was considered to be the third best with a sword in the world.

I'm with Izzy also. I could drown in Richard Greene's eyes! He also did a credible Peter Marshall in "A Man Called Peter."
Oops. My bad. That was Richard Todd!
