I have tried Ethopian food when we had a restaurant here in my hometown and it was so good. It was different eating and not having forks and knives to do the eating with.
My favorite ethnic food is the food from India. One of my favorite dishes is called buttered chicken.
I've had food from the Middle East before but not Afghani in particular. My favorite thing in Middle Eastern food is the grape leaves. I could eat those all day.

As to my favorite type of food, I love Italian pastas with lots of sauce and tons of cheese. And as for ethnic food, give me a good Puerto Rican alcapurrias, pastelillos, pasteles, arroz con gandules, pernil, etc. The list is endless.... Now I am starving....

Oh geez... I've been to 27 countries and at all those places
I have always loved the food.
My favorite though, I guess would be my native Moroccan food, Ghanaian and Mexican.
