Enjoy it while you have it and remember all things may come to an end, have a little balance in your life. Love is a gift, and when it comes if it's true love, it's blind, but when love goes away it hurts only if you try to hang on, be thankful for it while you have it and let love fly away when it needs to move on! The more love you give it will be multiplied back to you.

Try to be with her as often as you can, socialize even more than you now do, and understand that every moment spent together with each other should come from the heart, because love was your inspiration after all.
Sometimes your affection can take you to thoughts such as you could take a bullet for the girl, but understand her pace also - sometimes, the girl may just want to be friends and want to move slowly into a relationship, or may not want it to last as long as a you do. Relationships usually end because one of the two partners aren't committed enough or was not ready.
If you're going out with her, be aware that it can end and hit you badly if you are as involved as you are now - so just breathe. If you're not going out, understand that one day this love of yours can go away (honestly) and she may not always be there.
Don't be afraid, just be yourself. ;) Show her how passionate your love towards her is - be the man! :D

If she knows you then dont get feared or shy just say her directly or by presenting some beautiful gift.

well if she doesn;t know then 1st ask her then she will tell u what she feels about u and if she says no then don't worry u wilol find a better 1
