Oops.....Caught with my pants down twice !!
First I'm listening to The Missa Criolla by Mersedes Sosa
( La Peregrinacion to be precise ) hardly the music an atheist
is supposed to be listening to.
Twice....It's Argentinian, and I know you're very broad minded
my dear Moon but still it's not something I like to confess to a
Brazilian Lady. ( But the voice and music are so lovely ).
Give me a chance and I'll put on Canto de Ossanha by Vinicius and Toquinho.
Properly Brasil and lovely too.

Hearing the birds sing in the early morning, is like coffee for the soul. Those who live where mature tree growth exist around them, should count their blessings. I didn't notice them as much, until I moved to a different area (California to Arizona) and have since become a bit of a "Birder" (one who has books and actively seeks to identify the species). It was the variety of song that sparked my attention and subsequent interest. There was a broader spectrum of high to low note patterns, that emerged here. ..and this variety of music changes with the migration patterns, as some notes exit and others enter. but I suppose no matter what one listens to, this music actually really exists "in between" the notes, because that's where the wonderment and imagination of the individual is.

Saturdays, I listen to National Public Radio all day. Right now, Opera is on. I love Opera. Later on, am looking forward to "Prairie Home Companion" and "Bluegrass for a Saturday Night."

I am listening to the quiet right now. I am waiting for the sun to come up and the birds to sing. That is how I start each day.
Good morning, Moon!
