how much this VGA will be overclocked?

The 256mb variant can only do 550mhz core clock and 900mhz memory clock in the overclocking exercise below:

I guess limitation is due to passive cooling. Consider targeting above settings.

Here, with good cooling, factory overclock is at 600mhz core:
