You can find them in Carrefour, Hyper One, Alfa Market, if you do not want a super market, then the best area is right behind AUC, there are hundreds of shops that sell them and provide people to install as well. The price ranges from L.E250-600 depending on the brand of the decoder and the amount and type of wiring needed for the installation.
