croissant. but biscuits are a lot easier to make. i worked in a french bakery and i wish i remembered the recipe for croissants. when you have a real frenchie making them...oh! c'est tres bon!

I would love some hot biscuits with either honey or strawberry jam or even sausage and gravy on them. I wish I had my car to go get some or at least had my own ingredients here at home right now to bake some up. I gave my daughter the car to use yesterday and she hasn't brought it back here, yet. :o(
