How many people who are regulars here suffer from migraines, kidney stones and even depression?
Or even if you have another health problem, you're welcome to say that if you'd like. Sorry if I appear nosy, but am noticing a pattern amongst some of the Gws regulars.

Bottom Contributor, I am curious as to whether other regs here have similar health probs, if you haven't got anything decent to contribute, then perhaps you need to stop talking. Besides, what right do you lot have to have a go at me about what questions I ask, do you own Yahoo now, hey?

I was diagnosed with melanoma cancer in March of this year. The Interferon treatments make my muscles ache 24/7 and the fatigue makes it almost impossible to perform any basic task. I love to trade stocks to make my living, I cannot even do that since my concentration is so bad. I do take Prozac as a preventative measure against suicide since it is a side effect of the Interferon. But I have a wonderful wife and a great kid, so I feel my life has been blessed.
I am only telling the board this, because of my situation, from time to time my humor can become dark, and it may appear as being mean. I just want to have fun, without alot of thinking.

Heya, I do suffer from migraines, kidney stones, and depression. I take medication for the migraines and the depression regularly. The stones are horrible though and I pass at least one or two a month and have to take strong pain meds for them and sometimes have a procedure to break them down to smaller pieces so they can pass. I also have lupus and I am bipolar. I do suffer a lot from medical conditions, but I do get a laugh from some of the people on here as they make me see that others are living with the same things I am and it makes me feel not so alone in my suffering. Does that make sense?

There is no effective pattern that can be drawn from this, since you have shown no means of exclusion of the same symptoms from the general society. Now if you are attempting to determine if there is a higher incidence of physical malady among contributors here, than would be found in the standard population, I would guess there is a higher incidence of mental illness, simply because of a possible increase of sexual and physical abuse suffered by many of the participants here.
Maybe an even better question would be if there is a greater representation of child abuse among the participants here? But then again, that would be very difficult to show a causal relationship. Your question is ill-conceived. Since women are the large population here, and migraines are experienced in larger percentage among women, it is linear that many of the participants here have migraines.
Try asking a question that can actually be shown to have significance by comparison of this population opposed to the general population, by either a higher or lower frequency than would be elsewhere anticipated.

As you know, migraines (mostly under control now and compazine and benadryl usually knocks them down when I do get them) and kidney stones.
For the past few weeks, I've been passing a big one. Urologist says it's breaking into smaller pieces on its own (lentil to raisin sized). Still excruciating sometimes, but oxycodone helps.
Anyone curious about my moodiness and highly variable intellectual clarity: now you know.

I am tongue tied every once in a while due to some psychological reasons. All of the professional psychologists who treated me so far were able to assess the symptoms, but none were able to diagnose, prescribe or treat the condition.

What pattern is that? When I'm feeling down, I answer questions here on YAGWS late on a Friday night?

You've noticed a pattern? What would that be? They all have health problems? So why ask them if they have health problems if you already seem to know that they do?
