In what ways are Philippine Eagles, or eagles in general, affected by forest denudation?

Forest cover is a unique source to provide food to a number of animals.Denudation will affect food chain and hence the top of the food chain will also feel the heat in terms of food and shelter.

They require mature stands of trees for cover and as habitat for the animals which they prey on.
