if he looks at me..it means he might be gay or bi?

i have maintained eye contact with a couple of guys.. neutrally just walking by and turns out all three of them were gay when i asked them. i kinda got this feeling when i looked in their eyes.. they say the eyes are the window to the soul

it might mean he is but it might also mean he's a people watcher or just one of those people who focus on a point in space (such as your nose) and sort of stare in a dazed way, day dreaming away.
the only real way to know is to talk with him and see if he wants to tell you anything beyond what the weather is like.
he might be staring at you because you remind him of his cousin or something.

The only way you will know is if they tell you. There are no signs. Someone might flirt with you but that does not mean they want to go to bed with you.
