First, you're lucky the owners are not suing you for their dogs medical bills caused by your stupidity. There are proper ways to register complaints about barking dogs, I suggest you follow the channels. Usually it starts with a complaint to the police. However, before I'd go that route, I'd talk to the neighbor and explain the issue. Keep at it. Eventually, the neighbors and the police will both get tired of getting complaints. That is IF they are still talking to you. And where are your kids when they think the dog is going to bite them? If they are in the neighbor's yard, it's a different story. Or are you allowing the kids to tease the dog? Keep the brats home. Get some earplugs and stop looking for a way to gouge money out of someone. People with that mentality are one of the reasons the legal system is in the mess that it is.

no! silly person to do such a stupid thing in the first place. why sue your neighbour. it is not as if he suddenly moved his pool. and you are trespassing anyway if you jump off your trampoline and end up in his pool without his permission. even if you have permission to do this foolish act you still cannot sue him.

You can sue anybody at any time for any thing.

However, be prepared to pay court costs when you lose. Also, be prepared to pay a huge settlement to the other person when they countersue you for malicious prosecution.

No, because it's your own fault for not putting a net around your trampoline so you don't go over.

Probably unless they have a "no trespassing" sign up, or a sign saying "flying into my yard may be hazardous to your health! :-)
