Radio? There's still people who listen to radio?
I thought that went the way of the dinosaurs in the last century.
I do all my music via CDs or on cable TV's Music Choice. That way, I don't have to listen to all the commercials, talk shows, news, weather, time, and other non-music interuptions.
Radio... how primative! :P

If you pay the bills, you can program what you want. Those people are rich and are targeting the audience they want so they can sell commercials during air time to businesses trying to reach that target audience.
They know what you want. They just give it to you in small doses so you'll wait for the next piece and take in a couple commercials waiting for it.

They have to stick to the top 40 of their genre and they can play some older hits but thats what its turned into pretty much a bunch of commercialized crap

How can you say something like that?! They have to stick with their genere of music because if you are listening to a rap station you do not want to hear Jazz. Anyway most of it is commericials.
