Im looking to move from the FRIGGED north woods of WI. looking for a Quiet country setting,Small town,, (no gangs/traffic) Soon to be empty nester's and want peace & quiet! Im looking at Kentucky or Tennessee any pointers?

I live in Nashville Tennessee, I light TN more than KY but of course that's your big decision.

There are a lot of small towns in KY. My fiance is from there and I love the state. I'd like to move there myself after I finish grad school. The people are very friendly and there are a lot of wide open spaces and beautiful countrysides.
