Some of these have more courtroom time than others. Probably, you can read about them in Wikipedia, which generally has lengthier summaries.
Vin Diesel has an amazing one, but it's full of a lot of really rough language. "Find Me Guilty" takes place mainly in the courtroom.
Review:
A drama based on the longest Mafia trial in U.S. history, mobster Jack DiNorscio (Diesel), faced with a series of charges, decides to stand trial instead of ratting out his family and associates. A wrench is thrown into the system when DiNorscio opts to defend himself.

Inherit the Wind is a classic court-case movie. It's about whether or not it was ok to teach evolution in the public schools. Twelve Angry Men is one of my favorite dramas. This movie is more about the jury than a case or the legal system. The old b&w one is the best, but the newer one is alright. Witness for the Prosecution is another really good courtroom drama. It's also an older b&w movie. Give these older movies a chance--even if you don't really care for them they're still worth watching!
