she needs 2 kill the roots whats the best way n not so expensive any ideas r welcome

Well it they are small potted plants, the easiest (and cheapest) solution is to simply dig them out with a trowel, cut up their roots, and throw them away.
For bigger potted plants, one might stop watering them or cover them with a blanket to cut off their sunlight.

Soak with water, then pull them out
putting them in a trash bag.
Rinse the pots out.
I would use new dirt, if I planted in those
pots again.

if they are potted plants then just rip them out of the pots and put them in the bin
