No, lol! Beauty is a matter of perception, there are trends that became to be consider beautiful...for example, if you take Angelina Jolie back in time, she would be considered very ugly...women used to be bigger...Marilyn Monroe was a size 12! See, how things change?

What is the meaning of ugly? As in beautiful face? You are ugly if you suggest that. And when someone talks ugly that makes me sad....as far as outter ugly ? No that doesnt make me sad. I am no beauty queen for sure..

I usually think about the way people behave, rather than how they look. Everyone percieves ugliness differently, but everybody knows an a$$hole when they see one.
