I want to return the phone because I found a cheaper one on ebay. How much money will they deduct when they give me a refund? They said I have 30 days to return the phone. Need help.

Would they charge me for using the phone for two weeks? or will I get a full refund?

should have ask them first the time you bought it so you know how much you'll get back but i will say about 20% to 25% of the money that you paid will go to restock. so make sure the one you get from ebay is in good condition because i use to use to trade on ebay but i don't anymore because i lost over $500 from other seller who sell me a worthless item and i fill a claim but no help so be carefull trading on ebay so i will say don't return the Blackberry because most of ebau stuffs are second hand use. so good luck.

You will get a refund, but they may charge a restocking fee, I would call the store where you purchased it from, or just dial 611 from your phone and talk to customer service. Definitely make sure the one on Ebay is legit and that it works with att. Check the feedback of the seller and make sure you're not being scammed.
I bought a phone on Ebay and it was reported lost or stolen and I couldn't activate it. I would ask for the serial number of the phone to verify that it can be activated!

if they told you you have 30 days, then they should not charge you anything to return it.

Shouldn't they refund the whole amount?
