Are there any persons under 16 who actually have seen a john wayne movie.
Surely an american icon like Wayne would of been viewed at some point.Movies like the Alamo,Shepperd of the Hills,Who Shot Liberty Valence,Red River,McClintock.

I would think you are out of luck in finding anyone under 16 that seen a John Wayne movie. I would bet that 90% of kids now have never seen one and they don't know what they are missing. I was under 16 when I say Hondo, The Searchers on their original release, guess that dates me. I can remember seeing Stagecoach, She Wore A Yellow Ribbon and a many more on TV, pre viedo days. Kids nowdays don't know what they are missing by not watching the old classics and John Wayne was a true classic.

Definitely over 16; but, Hatari is #1,
Quiet Man is #2, Hellfighters #3, The Cowboys & War Wagon tied for #4, then onto Wake of the Red Witch.
