Can a small decision you make change the course of the world?

If you do something like request a certain song on the radio, or take a different route to work, would you be setting off a chain reaction that would change major events in the world? What if you bought the last box of condoms at a store?

Yes. Firstly human beings at times have herd mentality to follow one another. Secondly an action from somebody is some sort of a feedback for the other to ponder. Thirdly even one drop of water makes an ocean. This answer itself is the best example.
