It seems that way, every time I'm finally happy then something bad happens.

NO. I've had sad or depressed times in my life and gotten through them. So I know if it happens again I need to let myself feel the sadness for a while and then work at little positive things to help it start to go away.

the happy people out there, are looking outwardly...toward others. "Self Loathing" the key word being "self". and believe me when I add this part...I say this to you as much or more to myself, as a reminder...also one to clam up into despair. In the human defense, we are biological creatures, which require action....I'm cold, thirsty, hungry, etc....there is always, our containers constant need for "maintenance" that steer us toward ourselves, but we are all 98% the same, and need each other. So clamming up into depression is being non-inclusive, (unavailiable to others), and 1 of the 4 things we should dissolve to "evolve" (the other 3 power, greed, and vanity). Everyone feels alienated and wants to belong. Unfortunatlty, there are still those in our human group who are corrupt by separate faction favoritsm, and skim it off the top, cant compete so cheat...which dissolves the concept of Team Human populate the Universe, undermines education, dillegence of effort, golden rule fairness (which is the foundation of law) as well as puts incomptence and mediocrity, into the rightful places, of another, who achieved, because they cared more who reached yet denied, over and over, pinnacles of professional categories..only to see k!ssassBackstabberPhoney corrupt their way up while smashing you down...but remember they wil exit their container all alone, and will carry a positive or negative function score card. All conditions of human attack human is some level of self doubt fabrication, fear of ones own inadequacy. What else could it be? Its a recalcitrant child with potty in their pullups, throwing a temper tantrum.

Oh, don't say that! I know that I will always have my problems and my issues, but I also know- or rather, hope- that I will reach a place in which I will be at peace with my past and can just live and enjoy my life. Be content. I am sure it is possible.

What happens in my life is always sad, what I do is not always sad. I have my days of sadness, but I don't dwell on it long or I will always be sad. That is unacceptable.

I've felt like that for a while but I find it really has it's ups and downs. There are things that happen that cause us to fall into that type of depression, but certain things happen(and they will) that cause you to just pop out of that delusional state. It just takes some patience and optimism.

Sometimes. Even the good times will end; what you are enjoying will end and then it's back to reality. Reality can be sad...but you will still have the memories.
