Oh my goodness, there are so many wonderful Christmas movies, let me give you some suggestions:
Santa Clause - all three
Miracle on 34th Street - original and remake
Jingle All the Way - very funny
A Christmas Carol - the absolute original Christmas movie
Love all the animated - Rudulph, Frosty, there are so many of those - ABC Family usually plays those every day starting after Thanksgiving.
The Bishop's Wife, later remade as The Preacher's Wife
The Christmas Shoes
How the Grinch Stole Christmas - animated and live
The Nativity Story
And of course "It's a Wonderful Life", that one is a CLASSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've always liked "Its A Wonderful Life", and I LOVE "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" and "Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer". You know, the classics. OTOH, NONE of the recently made Christmas movies like "Elf" or "Santa Clause" hold any interest for me. I've never seen them and have no desire to; just based on the trailers I've seen, they all look like they'd be unfunny, boring crap. "The Ten Commandments" with Charlton Heston is about Passover. There are no movies that I know of about Chanukah, which is OK, because Chanukah is really only a minor holiday on the Jewish calendar. And it would probably be totally inappropriate to make holiday-themed movies about Rosh Hashonah or Yom Kippur, the two most Holy and solemn holidays on the Jewish calendar.

Ty some of the classics like "A Christmas Carol" and "It's a Wonderful Life" if your kids are mature enough to understand the themes. If they are very young, disney movies are always a good bet. Also some movies like A Muppet Christmas, or the various Peanuts christmas specials are good. Also try IMDB for some titles with reviews. Good luck

A Christmas Story (made in the 1980s) about Christmas in middle America in the 1950s. It's humorous and is a feel good movie.

I agree with Dave B, the 'Muppet Christmas Carol' is a brilliant Christmas movie. If you can, try and get 'Father Christmas' and 'Bluetoes the Christmas Elf.' 'The Grinch' might be a good one, because even though he hates Christmas at the beginning, by the end he really likes it because others have helped him. 'Elf' is a good one too.

Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas
It's done by Jim Henson (of the Muppets), and it's kind of old, but you might be able to find the dvd somewhere, or see it on tv.
All the other movies that everyone else mentioned are great too. I love Christmas movies!!!
