And make so only one point of view is heard on the media?
And force us to buy all of our products from China?

Do you know who is the 'international police' in today's world politics? Read your history book! Remember, the enemy of your enemy is your friend. Why are you so paranoid?

Ok, here we go again. I guess a lot of you people out there don't feel good unless you have a lot to worry about, or aren't able to come up with something that might possibly be one of the next issues on this contitent, real or made up. There just seem to be some out there who aren't happy if they don't haves something to obsess about.Bush is looking to Iran, it seems others are looking to China. How can I be afraid of a country taking over our country when they don't even have enough food to feed their own people. As far as having a government that forces us to do what the Americanpeople want,we..Bush is doing a good job of if; He only has about
a 25% to 27% positive, with Gore leading the way to showing the way that Bush is not equal to the position. We not only have the media to give a view of what goes on in China. It is open to visits now
and no matterer how much they may try and hide the reality of the country,, some reality always reaps through

I don't see us being ruled by China, but i don't see us or any other country ruling China. Personally I think each country havingin't it's own personal ruler, from the smallest country like Lichgtensteint tp the largest, whether it's the US or Australia.

LOL everyone knows at this point in time that none of the major world powers could ever occupy another country. I mean we cant handle a country the size of California. China only has about 10 x the troops. They also have absolutely no infrastructure necessary to ship all the troops here. They dont have the infrastructure to put Taiwan in their place and thats only like 23 miles or so away.

But to your points if Newt Gingrich had his way we would have no internet.
The libs take the guns, the cons handle the rest of the bill of rights, the 1st amendment was bought and paid for by Murdoch

Me being a Canadian citizen, I feel that we the Canadians are very much dependent on the US military, so I think it is important for us, the Canadian nation, that the US is not easily influenced by such nonsensical extortion. The USA has the stronger military than China I feel, not to be arrogant or anything like that but, just because China has a larger military does not mean they have a stronger military than the US. In short I believe it to be essential in these turmoil times for the US to have a strong military both for their safety and for ours.

If China takes over, you're going to be dead anyway. Make comments like this under China's government and you might feel the bullet go into your skull, but that's the last thing you'll feel.

China's been building up its military ten fold over the past decade and they very likely intend on using it. You can thank the Clintons for selling them top-secret submarine missile technology to help arm them, and the Clintons also for selling out American politics (Hsu, Trie, Chung all have given illegal campaign funds to Hillary Clinton).

SQD - don't forget that while Clinton was helping to build up China's military capability he was also cutting our military and intelligence in half.

LOL

Excellent point.

The answer is no. Today, the US military is being used as pawns in political chess. They have not been sent to fight for our freedoms. They have been sent to fight for the profits of defense contractors.
