I like most of the answers above:
"Angel"
"Wind Beneath My Wings"
"Bridge Over Troubled Water"
I'd like to add "Through The Years" by Kenny Rogers. But if you want something instrumental, so that the pictures tell the story, I recommend "Yoda's Theme" from Star Wars Episode 5, The Empire Strikes Back movie soundtrack. As we all know Yoda was old and wise. It's 3mins.22 seconds long. The music is very solemn and the composer [John Williams] does a great job portraying a picture of what those qualities would sound like. I would also recommend the "Love Theme" for the movie Superman by the same composer. It's a very sweet melody and it goes 4mins.49secs. I recommend you do some listening. I'm listening to them now. I'm sorry for your loss. If there's anything I can do to help feel free to message me.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Try this one
Artist: Tracy Lawrence
Song: Find Out Who Your Friends Are
Album: Popular Songs
[Buy "Popular Songs" CD]
Run your car off the side of the road
Get stuck in a ditch way out in the middle of nowhere
Get yourself in a bind lose the shirt off your back
Need a floor need a couch need a bus fare
This is where the rubber meets the road
This is where the cream is gonna rise
This is what you really didn't know
This is where the truth don't lie
{Chorus}
You find out who you're friends are
Somebody's gonna drop everything
Run out and crank up their car
Hit the gas get there fast
Never stop to think 'what's in it for me' or 'it's way too far'
They just show on up with their big old heart
You find out who you're friends are
Everybody wants to slap your back
wants to shake your hand
when you're up on top of that mountain
But let one of those rocks give way then you slide back down look up
and see who's around then
This ain't where the road comes to an end
This ain't where the bandwagon stops
This is just one of those times when
A lot of folks jump off
{Chorus}
When the water's high
When the weather's not so fair
When the well runs dry
Who's gonna be there

First of, sorry for your loss, you and your family are in my prayers.
How about *The last Farewell *, *Amazing Grace* or *Danny Boy*
Well you know , I don't know her, maybe she had a favorite song, you could play. Or maybe there is a song, which sums up her personality the most.
