Natto - fermented soy beans - it's all gooey and slime oozes off of it like snot.
Bulat - fermented unborn chicks in the shell - I suppose it's an aquired taste.

Of the foods the others have listed their are a couple I have never heard of (Judas Rabbi's balut)
I will try most foods, and I can't think of anything I dislike, or don't eat.

Oysters! Yeech!!
A lady friend was trying to teach me how to eat smoked oyster on a Triscuit (the thought of which was absolutely repulsive.) After I saw her do a couple, and her eyes lighting up, her persistence won over, and I finally let her fix me one......"your turn"...... In it goes..... and when I made the fatal error of biting down, my gag reflex (that I never really even knew I had) won over and that thing inside my mouth was NOT going any further! "Out" it came...
So oysters are out!
That experience has even turned me against eating Triscuits anymore!
