If you're a female you wouldn't even have to ask. Everyone knows women can cry at the drop of a hat. A couple days ago my sometimes boyfriend sent me an e-mail to tell me he was getting married today. So what do you think?

All the time. I have clinical depression and I wake up sad and go to bed sad. But my mother always said, "Crying doesn't do anything but wet the pillow! Stop it!" I think having a good cry is cathartic. I've cried with joy and I've cried in sorrow and pain.

It happens to everyone... Chin up young man... Sometimes when we just learn to let it go, "let her/him go", and look into ourselves to see why we allow her/him have that hold on us, we then realize it was not a wise thing to do... Give yourself a chance... Even if it means getting off of the computer for a solid week or so... And get out and do other things...
I hate to see you sad... Really... Feel better, and really search out why you have allowed this person to have control over you... The power is in your hands, take it out of hers anytime you are ready...

ya, i have. I'll wake up feeling like ****, and I'll try to fight it but i can't . eventually, I'll breakdown crying and pitying myself. it's a perfectly natural and healthy thing, everyone does it. but after a little while i realize things could be worse, i could be homeless and have aids, and i start to appreciate the things that have happened in my life, the good and the bad. just always remember this saying when your feeling down: "this to shall pass." :)

Yeah. It's about to happen at any given moment too. It is building up inside me... all these emotions are bubbling, and when I least expect it, bam, it's gonna hit. And hard too. Oh, I must prepare! Kleenex!

Right now I just finished. I officially have no friends and everyone hates me and my best friend won't talk to me and none of my ex-friends want to spend time with me and I just realized that if I were to die the only people who would notice would be my family....-sobs-

Crying is my major form of coping. That and some really good ice cream or chocolate. Crying is better though it wont make you fat.

You bet! And I have, too!
When everything gets too much, I shut down, have a good cry and am better afterwards
