anyway, if they weren't,
I'll vote for the undertaker
Rey is a terrific high-flying wrestler,
but look at his size and weight..
If he got the heavyweight title,
it'll be a disgrace to the title
Finlay always cheats.
He might be a good technical wrestler,
but he hasn't got the support of many fans.
The undertaker, with the undefeated streak
and who is a much better wrestler than Batista,
is the best contender for the title among these three

i don't see The Undertaker beating Batista for the belt. I see side coming returned and triumphing it and then taking his feud with The Animal into January or so. Then they're going to setup a Undertaker vs side journey at Wrestlemania with side's call on the line vs Undertakers streak. Nothings set in stone yet it relatively is the terrific risk I see suitable now.

i would vote for Taker.... but the poll is fixed, so the WWE will give the title shot to whom they want to give it to.
