i need some help with mythological allusions. please help me explain the different things and include a few examples please. this is a english assignment thats due in a couple of days, so please help me!!

Actually, there are entire dictionaries of this stuff. (Sadly, mine is in another city right now...) Browse your local B&N and they'll probably have one or two.
But think about stuff like "She was an Aphrodite" or "This place was Eden when I compared it to the last one" or "He was Paris and she was Helen- he wasn't taking no for an answer."
Would that work?
