Rush has such a smirk on his face on the ebay auction. Here's the link:

Does "dingy harry" really hate this? Senator Reid whined on the floor of the senate, got 41 democrat signatures on the letter, and now Rush is selling it! And Rush has a big smirk on his face! How do the democrat senators feel about this? Think about it, 41 senators can't get Rush Limbaugh off the air, and he's selling the letter, and laughing at them!

aaron, then why did the democrats in the senate bother to get 41 signatures on a letter to try to force Rush to apologize? Because no one listens to him?

By the way, Rush is on 600 radio stations for 3 hours a day. Try listening to him sometime. He's asked Dingy Harry to appear on his show. Rush took them on, and slaped them.

I suspect this whole thing has hurt Rush Limbaugh's public image. It is not news worthy enough to get front page coverage, though.
This sort of publicity stunt (the selling of a letter, that is) comes off as a little desperate.
Yes, Rush is laughing, but that's his act. Laugh to try to look superior. But that doesn't make him right, or put him in the control seat.

I like Traitor Harry (he called illegal aliens "undocumented Americans" - that an @ss). I've heard him called Dirty Harry but that insulting to Clint Eastwood. Harry was an @ss regarding the comment Rush made. Either Harry, the twit, didn't read the full comment or he hoped others hadn't read it and would just blindly follow Reid. Rush handed Harry his head! Hooray for Rush! EDIT: Hey people. It was suppose to be nicknames for Harry Reid, not Rush! Read the question dudes.

Forever the entrepreneur!
What he should win is a (Nobel?) prize for his entrepreneurship. Out here in California he was actually a rock and roll DJ in Sacramento, and while I personally did not listen to him (still don't...) I understand he was entirely mediocre.
He shifted venues and started talking politics, and now his kids (does he have any?) will never have to work. Heckuva a job Brow... oops, Rushie!
No, really, he's been wildly successful - you gotta give the guy that no matter what you think of him.
And here's the real irony of the thing: It was Clinton that made him so popular! If Bill Clinton (as polarizing as he was) had not been elected but rather a republican, which Rush would have preferred, nobody here would likely have any idea who Rush Limbaugh is.

I don't know if that action specifically hacks them off. What must be bothering the democrat leadership, though, is the realization of their own unimportance. Bush ignores them, Clear Channel ignores them, the American people in general ignore them - only the loony left seems to pay attention to what they do or say. Try as they might, even the major media can't seem to prop them up. Watch these people continue to self-destruct as their frustration builds.

I love it. "Nobody listens to Rush." "Rush is just a right-wing fringe hate spewer with no listeners." "Rush is completely irrelevant."
And yet Harry Reid takes the time and uses tax payer money to go to the Congress and condemn a private citizen. Very PC of him in a fascist sort of way. He even acknowledged Rush's nickname for himself.
Also gotta love yet more examples of intolerance and un-compassion from the left. Afterall, only intolerant and un-compassionate people would attack someone based on a chronic illness.

very much. if RUSH was so unimportant as they now are trying to say, what was all the fuss about in congress. The dems have no plan for the country, the war on terror, the tax burden on the working class. but someone needs to get Rush to quit being so mean to them. WAAA WAAA WAAA
then to support the The Marine Corps - Law Enforcement Foundation, that will piss off some more libs
$50,100 and still climbing

I hope it REALLY pisses them off -- that's why Rush is doing it in the first place. I just about drove off the road when I heard him say what he was doing, I was laughing so hard. IN YOUR STUPID FACE, DINGY HARRY!

I don't care personally... so it doesn't "hack" me off...
the only people that seem to care are Rush listeners...
congrats on convincing everyone that already only believes Rush that Rush is right... must have been a tough sell?
